Parent Group Meetings

Please Note:

• Most Parent Meetings are virtual via Zoom. Open House and Family Resource Fair are in-person meetings this year.
   
• These are the dates for Urban-Suburban Parent Meetings; however there may be conditions beyond our control that occur during the school year that may cause changes.
   
• Parents are required to attend a minimum of 2 meetings per year. If you do not fulfill your meeting requirement, you will be referred to the Superintendent of your district.

• Click on a Registration link under a meeting time on this page.

• Or click on the Registration link in a Parent Group Meeting Notice Reminder emailed to families from Urban-Suburban two weeks prior to the meeting.

• Parents wishing to attend must register in advance.

• All registrations will be approved on a first come first serve basis until meeting is at capacity.

• After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
